Discuss the character of Petruchio in Act II when he argues with Kate. How, do you believe, he is a perfect match for Kate? In what ways is he the exact mirror of her and a "shrew" himself?
In act 2 Petruchio is pretending that Kate is the most amazing person anyone has ever met. I don’t believe he is a perfect match for her because they have nothing in common. He is like Kate because they are both hard to figure out.
