Taming of the Shrew (Blog #6)

Petruchio is only interested in marrying to increase his financial status; he is willing to give up love and happiness for his goal of more money. Write a mock letter to Petruchio telling him why this is wrong or why you agree.

  1. Dear Pertruchio,
Are you kidding me? Marriage is not about money. Or objects. Dude it’s about love. You’re disgusting. What are your morals? Do you have none? Shame on you. Go marry someone who shares your thoughts. You’re not worth Bianca nor Katherine. I’d rather my daughters stay single for eternity. You’re not worth anyone here. Shoo. Nobody wants you here. Nobody likes you. You deserve to die alone. Bitch. I’d push you down a well if there was one. Yeah I’d like that. Watch you descend into a hole of nothing, hearing only your screams and cries as you become the oblivion all around you. If you’re going to marry someone that you don’t actually love, your financial status will have no value to you in the long run. You’re going to find someone you love one day. But guess what? Unless you move to Utah you can’t marry her. You’re stuck with this bitch forever. So sucks for you. Have fun with your miserable life. Even a sick shrew deserves better than this piece of trash. I’m enjoying this a lot.
